Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Each item is carefully inspected before it leaves our store.

All sales are final!  We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping, we are happy to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  2. Include the following in your email:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged product

    • Photos of the packaging and shipping box

  3. Send your email to: mallymahj@yahoo.com

After reviewing the damage claim, we will determine eligibility for a refund.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be honored.

Important Notes

  • Damage claims without photos may not be approved.

  • Damage caused after the item has been used or handled is not eligible for refund.

  • We are not responsible for delays or mishandling by the shipping carrier.
